The S Series features an innovative copper-free brazing material, ensuring the heat exchanger is free from copper contamination. It is ideal for critical applications such as fuel cells, electrolytic hydrogen production, and semiconductor manufacturing, providing high thermal efficiency, safety, and durability.

Copper-Free Brazing – Ensuring High Purity and Long-Term Durability

Traditional heat exchangers often use copper brazing, but deionized water can cause copper brazing material to leach or even leak, leading to system contamination and equipment failure. The Kaori S Series All-Stainless Steel Plate Heat Exchanger fully utilizes high-strength stainless steel brazing, eliminating copper-related issues. This ensures stable operation in deionized water and corrosive fluid environments, extending equipment lifespan and reducing maintenance costs.
