This year's“Top 100 Taiwan Companies Selected by Foreign Investors”was announced against the backdrop of global capital reallocation and the rapid restructuring of AI supply chains. The AI infrastructure supply chain emerged as a major highlight of this year's ranking, with international capital markets placing strong emphasis on key segments across the industry, including thermal management, IC substrates, materials, and power solutions. Chou Hsing-I, Chairman of the Taiwan Corporate Governance Association, noted that the ranking selects companies based on indicators covering market performance, fundamentals, and sustainability, with the goal of connecting“good companies”with“good capital”and further enhancing the international visibility of Taiwanese enterprises.
In recent years, Kaori has continued to advance its corporate transformation. In addition to maintaining steady growth in its core heat exchanger business, the Company's two strategic growth areas—hydrogen energy infrastructure and AI thermal management—have continued to expand and are gradually becoming important engines driving overall business growth. By combining its thermal management expertise with manufacturing strengths in brazing and heat treatment, Kaori continues to deepen its technological capabilities and broaden its product portfolio. The Company is progressively transitioning from traditional metal processing and manufacturing toward energy technology and thermal management solutions, creating additional growth momentum for its future operations.
Kaori's recognition for the second consecutive year as one of the“Top 100 Taiwan Companies Selected by Foreign Investors”not only reflects market recognition of the Company's fundamentals and business performance, but also highlights its transformation strategy of continuously expanding into emerging fields such as AI thermal management and hydrogen energy. These efforts are gradually aligning Kaori with industry trends attracting increasing attention from international capital markets.
In terms of capital market performance, Kaori has continued to deliver solid operating results. This year, the Company distributed a cash dividend of NT$4.55520782 per share for fiscal year 2025 (ROC Year 114), marking a record high and demonstrating its commitment to shareholder interests. At the same time, through its Investor Relations team, Kaori continues to strengthen communication and engagement with shareholders and institutional investors, enhance information transparency, and clearly communicate the Company's operating strategies, capital allocation, and long-term growth direction, thereby building long-term trust with international investors.
Amid changes in the external environment, including geopolitical developments, U.S. tariff policies, global supply chain restructuring, and the transition toward sustainability, international investors are increasingly evaluating Taiwanese companies not solely on their individual performance, but also on their strategic positioning within long-term trends such as AI, energy, supply chain resilience, and sustainable development.
Kaori's recognition for the second consecutive year as one of the“Top 100 Taiwan Companies Selected by Foreign Investors”represents not only recognition of its current operating performance, but also highlights the Company's ongoing transformation through the strengthening of core technologies and expansion into emerging markets such as AI thermal management and hydrogen energy.
