The Auto-Cascade system uses a single compressor and leverages the different evaporation temperatures of mixed refrigerants to achieve staged separation and cooling, enabling stable temperatures down to -80°C. Due to their compact size and extremely high efficiency, plate heat exchangers are highly suitable as stage coolers. They help simplify system structure, save space, and ensure excellent energy efficiency performance.
