Laser Cutting Equipment Cooling

High-tech laser equipment and its peripherals require cooling to maintain optimal operating temperatures.

Small laser systems typically use air-cooled systems to cool the water flowing through heat exchangers, while larger laser systems require chillers and pumps to cool the water.
Deionized water is the most commonly used coolant to remove waste heat from precision electronic equipment, but it is not suitable for use with copper-containing equipment.

Kaori S Series – All-stainless steel brazed plate heat exchanger, featuring a copper-free stainless steel brazed structure, effectively prevents ion contamination and is highly suitable for:

  • Semiconductor cooling systems, hydrogen energy equipment, and fuel cell applications
  • Heat exchange applications in chemical fluids or corrosive environments



Compared to nickel-brazed materials, the S Series offers better cost-performance advantages while maintaining cleanliness and corrosion resistance.
