Application Description

• A vacuum furnace is used to provide a highly controlled reducing atmosphere. With an appropriate furnace temperature profile and filler materials, the workpieces are heated to high temperatures to achieve self-bonding. This process delivers joint strength exceeding that of the base material, relieves stress, and restores the metallic surface finish of the workpieces.
• The vacuum furnace features an effective hot zone of L2000 mm × W1000 mm × H914 mm, enabling the processing of large-sized workpieces.
